Step 1. Get a large portion of injera.
Step 2. Hold the piece of injera with one hand and start to tear with the other.
Step 3. Tear a piece of injera to the size of about 3/4 of your palm.
Step 4. Hold the piece of injera that you tore and place the rest on the plate.
Step 5. Put the piece of injera over your choice of dish or "wot".
Step 6. Grab and hold some wot with the injera.
Step 7. Enjoy the scoop or 'gursha'!
